Where can I find a Armor 60 Flame's Eye? - Guild Wars Forums

As the title says:

I cannot find an armor maker or collector who provides a Armor 60 flame's eye. Nothing on the forum seems to have helped, so if anyone knows can they please tell me the town or area where the armor or collector is who can give me this item.

Yup. I got mine in Droknar's Forge. Or you can give Barton Smallwood (in the Desert) 5 shriveled eyes.
